well today i died at red drags with a bag of: teleport tablet and pots and food at the same time i was wearing a fighter torso and d legs etc guess what happened i lost torso instead the tele tab is safe isn't that a bug? ???

It does. Why do you think you lose saradomin sword and ava's accumulator over bronze weapons and food? Try price-checking items at the general store before you go rushing into a dangerous situation. You lose or keep items based upon their worth at the general store.

Fighter Torso is untradeable so therefore you will not save it upon death. It has always been this way.
Untradeable items should not have any value in the General Store.
