At first I enchant them with my female powers as Martin once exposed to you all. Secondly I will put my tooth in their neck and suck the leaks out of their juicy artery. I can not stop myself from doing this until all the Leaks have left the victims body. The thirst brings up the worst in me.. Once I have smelled a littly juicy leak I can not stop myself from obtaining it. Once I have finished, the victims body will drop dead on the ground.

Usually I hide the bodies , but it seems like I have missed out on one.

I wanna clear up that i've got nothing to do with simone btw. I don't know her and I never will.

Martin might have been a little rude, but he does what he thinks is best for his mods. And just because a few mods leave doesn't mean your clan is destroyed like that. Having mods in your clan should not be a status symbol, and just a handful players that left your clan is not a big impact, stop trying to blow it up bigger than it actually is.

This, i think you're upset because you think your clan's "rating" went down now that some staff members left it; you were using staff members to make your clan popular. I was merely implying that i would like to see more clans around in Emps rather than just one (thought there is just one). I apologize for using the S word if that's what makes you so angry.

You are making this about me again. Like I said before , this is not about me.
You should read and not deny the fact that you are becomming more like a dictator then a staff manager who is ready to help any player that requires help.

I personally think that many of you are missing the big picture. Martin has such a big influence on the players because of his status as staff manager, that his opinion could just wreck a clan that we all worked for.

You could compair it with this example:

imagine I’m Barack obama.  If i told you it was my “personal” opion to make slavery legal again,  would you agree? Defentily not right? but the point is
Barack obama is in a position of power, his personal opinion can become the common law.
Ofcourse players will follow his lead, He is supposed to give great advise and help to every single person.

I did not post this thread for my own past with martin, but I made this topic because I do not want to see a clan suffer for something they worked really hard for. Please try to seperate those 2 subjects, this is not about Me. This is about bounce and if martin will continue with this childish behaviour I will leave bounce for the sake of their clan.

Right now, I do not give 2 shits about the mods who left the clan. This is about normal players actually leaving thanks to martin. If you have your own opinion about something sure, share with with your friends. But do not share a bad opinion about a clan inside the clan. That is just rude and that is caussing players to quit their clan. Like i said before, martin as a staff manager has a big influence on most of the players.

Hello dear fellow emperors!

In this topic I'd like to start a discussion about the following subject:

Do you think that a staff manager should interfear with clan related stuff such as;

- A clan is too populair ( a clan is becomming a monopoly) ?
- Should a staff manager try to make a clan lose players?
- Should a staff manager "suggest" his staff to leave the current clan that they are in ?
(and yes suggest is in quotation marks. Why you might ask? Because it has been proven that martin told atleast one of his current staff members that if he would not leave the clan, he would be highly suspicious whenever something would go wrong in the staffteam.) I can not show this proof, since I will most likely get forum banned if I did..
- Is it well-placed for a staff manager to talk bad about a clan while being in that clan?

Bounce has been losing a lot of players after martins interfearance with bounce. After years of working on this clan, and building it up with friends and allies it feels like we have all done this for nothing.

Please let me know your opinion about this all. I'd also like you guys to be honnest about your answer, please do not be afraid to get forum banned for being honnest. I hope that he will come to realise that this behaviour is not how a staff manager of emps should behave. Atleast in my eyes.
