I personally think that many of you are missing the big picture. Martin has such a big influence on the players because of his status as staff manager, that his opinion could just wreck a clan that we all worked for.

You could compair it with this example:

imagine I’m Barack obama.  If i told you it was my “personal” opion to make slavery legal again,  would you agree? Defentily not right? but the point is
Barack obama is in a position of power, his personal opinion can become the common law.
Ofcourse players will follow his lead, He is supposed to give great advise and help to every single person.

I did not post this thread for my own past with martin, but I made this topic because I do not want to see a clan suffer for something they worked really hard for. Please try to seperate those 2 subjects, this is not about Me. This is about bounce and if martin will continue with this childish behaviour I will leave bounce for the sake of their clan.

Hello dear fellow emperors!

In this topic I'd like to start a discussion about the following subject:

Do you think that a staff manager should interfear with clan related stuff such as;

- A clan is too populair ( a clan is becomming a monopoly) ?
- Should a staff manager try to make a clan lose players?
- Should a staff manager "suggest" his staff to leave the current clan that they are in ?
(and yes suggest is in quotation marks. Why you might ask? Because it has been proven that martin told atleast one of his current staff members that if he would not leave the clan, he would be highly suspicious whenever something would go wrong in the staffteam.) I can not show this proof, since I will most likely get forum banned if I did..
- Is it well-placed for a staff manager to talk bad about a clan while being in that clan?

Bounce has been losing a lot of players after martins interfearance with bounce. After years of working on this clan, and building it up with friends and allies it feels like we have all done this for nothing.

Please let me know your opinion about this all. I'd also like you guys to be honnest about your answer, please do not be afraid to get forum banned for being honnest. I hope that he will come to realise that this behaviour is not how a staff manager of emps should behave. Atleast in my eyes.

A new world, a new start

I am sure not many of you will know me after Emps-Scape got shut down. Therefore I decided to make a new introduction.

I am Simone, I am turning 19 this year and my hobbies are handbal, exercising at the gym, gaming, cooking & going out with friends.  At school I am studying to become a master chef. I am now in my first year (1/3 years) and I am having a lot of fun at school!

Handbal is a sport that I have been practising for many years now. I have been selected for the Zeelandse selections and I have played there for over 3 years. Unfortunately My school + handbal practise does not work out too well together so I had to put an end to it (handbal not the school  ) since I think that an education will bring me further in life then my favourite sport. I do want to stay fit, so I am going to the gym 2/3 times a week now.

My geeky hobby is gaming. There are 3 games that I am currently playing, that being; World of Warcraft, League of Legends and ofcourse Emps-World. I did not think that I would return to Emps-World after Emps-scape got shut down but once I managed to get online and reunited with a lot of my old friends I made the decision to stay and help out one of my dearest friends with his clan.

Once I came online someone that used to hate on me a lot while being mod pm'd me and  I was really supprised by it. It said; "Hey Simone, I know that I used to call you a lot of mean things but I have changed and I am sorry for being like that". That message made me think about myself too and I know that I have not been the nicest person to certain people either. So from now on I will try to be friendly to everybody and I will forget about what happened in the past and enjoy my time here at Emps. I hope people I have had problems with in the past will do the same thing but that is up to them of course!
