Few things:
- Dragon darts are currently the best dps for ranged when paired with divine.
- Combination capes are missing entirely, they have better stats than a skillcape, should be mentioned. (max cape too)
- 3rd mage amulet is worse than fury, shouldn't get a mention
- Antifire potions are not mentioned, they should be
- SOL does preserve runes, you read the wiki description wrong. "Although it does not conserve a specific kind of rune like most staves, it has a chance of 35% to preserve runes on cast."
- You seem to hate gloves, void, bandos, arma and battle gloves need to be added to their sets and barrow gloves need to be mentioned
- Zamorakian spear needs to be mentioned
- Rare whips and d hasta shouldn't be mentioned
- Ags and zgs are barely useful for PvM in comparison to bgs and sgs, they should not be mentioned
- 3rd sets should be up at high budget, not medium
- Elite void should get mentioned, it has better stats than regular
- Guardian angel deserves a mention
- Double spacebar seems to be a common error in your writing, Ctrl + f and typing "  " in the search bar will let you find them

Would replace the imbue scroll with stone ring or onyx , makes more sense to recharge it with those

5 same kind frem rings plus onyx to create ring, runs out of charge just one frem ring remains (replaces the i ring if equipped so u still have the bonus and equip and no inventory slot)
And you gotta recharge it with a stone ring or onyx again

Only creation will sink 4 frem rings and recharge sinks onyx

I'd like the recharge to sink frem rings as well. They're dropped a shit ton, should be sinked more. Furthermore, berserker ring should be turned into a hybrid ring so that warrior ring can stop being useless.

I think something that sinks the rings could be used, e.g you need 5-10 of the regular version, and some extra req to upgrade it to (i) version.

my idea was: DK's drop imbuede rings, no sink needed. let the regular rings like they are.

yeah but your idea can easily be changed you suggest the ideas and thomy decides how something is implemented, if he wants it of course.

That would work out, but there would have to be certain rules for an event and such. I don't think EP would be given out for small stuff like a HNS.

Could always do hns along the lines of if someone wins more than 3 times then they could receive 10/20 EP?

That would be better, but it would be a lot easier to get EP for events that take a little more effort, both from the people organizing and participating.

Couln't it be possible for clans to request a certain ammount of EP for their events each time and that they will be surveilled by a mod while hosting the event to make sure the EP is rightfully distributed?

this way you'll have surveillance and EP distribution.

completely forgot about this, gl with that and your clan owners not just keeping them. Seen enough clan owners being greedy (cough bounce or whatever it was)

I do think active clans deserve some kind of reward but it needs to be heavily checked if it's not just greedy people grouping up to get themselves EP.

This doesn't really require much more from higher ups than EP tickets, staff members can trade them so them handling all this wouldn't be an issue. Clans would have trouble distributing tickets among members themselves since it requires a staff member to trade them. Doesn't sound like too good of a system, but not like I have anything better in mind.

I am a fan of rewarding things like this though, but clans shouldn't be the only ones getting this. Video and guide makers could just as well get some EP for what they do for the community.

YES! Perfect rewards for hns events etc.

Also please think about reassembling event team. Those official events were fun and it was actually what the Event points were made for. The current facebook giveaways rely only on RNG, so most people end up with nothing.
Just lower the rewards from fb giveaways and bring back event team.

A small suggestion for all the clan owners.
It would be nice to have some EP so we are able to give them as rewards at certain events, like outfit events, hns etc..
So my suggestion is to give 100-200 EP per month to the active clans to distribute them as rewards.
This may result in the creation of new clans and their rise in popularity.
