This is my first attempt at a real guide on something, so bear with me.
So this is a guide on how to pk with an obsidian maul account, a combat level of 77.
Stats with vengeance:
Strength level: 99
Attack level: 50
Hitpoints level: 99
Defence level: 1
Magic level: 94
Ranging level: 70
Prayer Level: 34
Combat level: 77
Stats without vengeance:
Strength level: 99
Attack level: 50
Hitpoints level: 99
Defence level: 1
Prayer Level: 34
Ranging Level: 70
Combat level: 77
You need a prayer level of 34 to use these prayers:
They should be active at all times during a fight, as well as the protect item prayer.
A cheaper, lower risk armor setup you can use:
Maxhit with ultimate strength prayer and zbrew: 40
A more expensive, higher risk setup you can use:
Maxhit with ultimate strength prayer and zbrew: 42
The inventory you should use:
You can choose to replace one manta with an antipoison, and one with a prayer potion if you want.
Or if you want to to use vengeance, the inventory you should use is:
Again, you can choose to replace one manta with an antipoison, and one manta with a prayer potion.
The strategy used in obsidian maul pking is to do these actions in sequence:
1: Activate Vengeance (if not a vengeance account, skip to step 2)
2: Attempt to poison with rune dagger p(++)
3: Whack whack whack with obsidian maul until the foe is below 40 health, then try to K.O. with granite maul. to special attack twice quickly in succession, it may take a little practice, but you should have time to practice while training strength to 99.
4: re activate vengeance (or don't) and try to poison again with your rune dagger p(++) if they used an anti-poison.
5:Repeat step 3 until they die
6: If you run out of food, try to kill them one last time, then once you get to low health, use your tele tablet to escape safely with all of your gear.
Things to watch out for:-Level 80's. These are commonly pkers who have 60 attack, so they usually will have dragon claws ready to rush, so watch out for them. If you can kill them, you can get some great loot though.
-Magers who are around your level. Usually you are able to defeat them, as long as they don't farcast. If you can hit them, they will be beaten quite easily, since they have low defence against melle armor, and your studded body and black dragon hide chaps will deflect most magic attacks.
