Afaik the combat should stay 61 with maxed obby mauler. Had one back to days.
Attack level should be 1, magic and range can go max 67 to stay in combat.
Also you can not use 'Incridible Reflexes' prayer with 31 pray, it requires 34 prayer.

Also one hint for obby maulers: using "Smash" attack style will ensure you a much bigger accuracy. But do not use that style while poisoning your opponent with dagger.

You can hit 41's and with poison it may take 47 hps from your opponent, so if he doesn't safe then it's pretty easy to k0 him/her.

Without a berserker necklace it's quite bad. Imo if you'd make an account meant for using the maul, it's a must have.
You might aswell get 99 range and 99 strength, while having 1 attack. You can then get some combo hits with darts/msb + obsidian maul. Though, it's just a good option that i'm suggesting.

The obsidian maul in general is slow and weak, if you trained 50 attack you should use magic shortbow > gmaul
