Meteora now requires white partyhat and Harry granite helm, body, legs and shield.
There are probably more steps that were changed on the latest update but I've only came across of those two.

Fixed, majority of this page is outdated so I will further update it eventually.

I don't have the droptable for ancient warriors so I cannot add it in at this time.
