There's only one spawn there, rest didn't spawn or did not yet spawn I guess.

Ppl should post descriptions as mentioned in the sticky T_T

They were combat lv 29, I added that in the post. But seems like it was a visual bug, I went to check again today and their combat lv is 79 again, which is correct.

You can look/delete this.
