I did everything to delete and redownload for the update but after I lauch the .exe, wait for it to load then hit play the window closes and nothing happens. 

I have Officescan agent because my schools wifi requires it. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

I assume Officescan blocks the Emps-World client? Can you try to add it as an exception there?

Well, that doesn't look like a problem from Emps-World's side to be honest. Have you tried using the uninstaller yet? You could also manually delete the cache files at: C:/Users/YOUR_USER/.emps_world

I have deleted them manually and it did not work, I have used the unistaller and it didn't work after that either.  Even if it is not on the emps-world side I am just looking for guidance on how to fix it if you know anything else that I can try.

It looks like the anti virus program is blocking the Emps-World process from running. Have you tried updating Java too yet?

I updated java and it didn't change anything.

I'm sorry, but I don't know how to fix this problem then. I'd try to turn of the antivirus program temporarily to see if that fixes the issue. You've said that it's only blocked in your school, right? That may be the problem then, they disallow the game.

There is no way to "turn it off" while you're using the schools wifi because it requires a password.  I will have my friend that's good with computers try to make it an exception.  Thank you for your time.
