Snowy knights can be caught at 45 Hunter when you wield a butterfly net and have an empty Butterfly jar, yielding 220 Hunter experience. For catching Snowy knights barehanded (but still with an empty jar) you need 90 Hunter, this will grant you 1,100 Hunter experience. You can find Snowy knights north-east of Rellekka.
You can release caught Snowy knights to get an empty jar again, this also grants you a combat boost.
