Saradomin hilt is a rare drop from Commander Zilyana who is located in the God wars dungeon. You will need 58 Agility and 10 saradomin killcount to enter the saradomin boss room. Putting a Saradomin hilt together with a Godsword blade will create a Saradomin godsword, putting these 2 parts together has no requirements.
