Run energy is the energy you consume for running in Emps world. The bar is by default up to 100. Based on the weight you carry and Agility level, your run energy will deplete slower or faster. The lower the weight and the higher the Agility level, the slower your rune energy will deplete.
Run energy is naturally restored when players walk, stand still or rest. The higher your Agility level, the faster your run energy is restored. Run energy is restored at a reduced rate when frozen. Players can also restore run energy by drinking Energy potions or Super energy potions, by drinking from a Resotration pool or by talking to one of the Restoration NPCs
