Lvl-5 Enchant

The Lvl-5 Enchant is a spell from the Normal spellbook available at level 66 Magic that can enchant any item containing a dragonstone gem by using 1 Cosmic rune, 15 Water runes and 15 Earth runes. These items are usually made by Crafting. The jewellery will generally get special effects afterwards.
