Guthan's helm
Barrow items can be obtained as a reward from the dangerous minigame Barrow Brothers. The Guthan's helm is a helm which requires 70 Defence to equip. It degrades when used 1000 times and can only be traded when it is fully charged or completely destroyed. If the user dies and drops barrow items, the destroyed version will be dropped. Players can repair destroyed Barrow items at Bob for a coin fee.
The special ability of full Guthan's is infestation, you have a chance of 20% of attacking with this special attack. You will heal half of the hit you deal during the special attack. This special effect only works when a player wears all pieces of the Guthan's armour set.
Players might prefer the sustain Guthan's armour offers, but usually the cost of repairing the armour set outweights most of the benefits.
