Corrupt Vesta's longsword, once degraded, becomes untradeable and can only be repaired by using spectral energy on it, with each energy used giving one charge; repairing the longsword completely will return it to its tradeable state. After 3,000 hits, it will crumble into dust if not repaired, or will turn into energy if lost in the wilderness. Players can upgrade Corrupt Vesta's longsword into its non-corrupt version with 6,000 energy, improving its stats and requirements and giving it a special attack but making it untradeable once again.
