Rune arrowheads are items that can be made at 90 Smithing, they grant 145 experience, also giving 15 arrowheads per Rune bar.
They can be fletched into rune arrows at level 75 Fletching when used with headless arrows, which are made by using arrow shafts with feathers, granting 30 experience per 15 arrows made.
