Amulet of strength

The Amulet of strength provides excellent offensive stats for melee. Just for melee stats it is on par with the amulet of fury, making it a very efficient item.

The amulet of strength can be made by using the Crafting skill and then enchanting it with the Magic skill. First you need a cut/uncut ruby, which can be bought from players, a cut ruby can be also purchased from the gem trader or obtained from stealing from a gem stall. The uncut ruby can also be obtained through mining or obtained from certain monsters as a drop.

To cut an uncut ruby a crafting level of 34 and a chisel are required. The cut ruby then has to be made into a ruby amulet at a furnace which requires 50 crafting, 1 gold bar and an amulet mould. Next you will need a ball of wool to attach to the ruby amulet, to make a (strung) ruby amulet. Finally, you have to enchant the (strung) ruby amulet by casting the magic spell lvl-3 Enchant on it, this requires 49 magic, 5 fire runes and 1 cosmic rune.
