Adamant bar

Adamant bars can be smelted at a furnace, 1 adamant bar requires 1 adamant ore and 3 coals and will grant 148 smithing XP. Adamant bars can also be made by using the superheat item magic spell which requires a magic level of 43, this will also grant 148 smithing XP.

Adamant bars are used to smith adamant weapons and adamant armour. Each weapon and armour requires a different amount of adamant bars and smithing level. For each adamant bar used in the process of smithing, you will be granted 430 XP.
