The Vanguard body is a PvP hybrid armour obtainable from the blood coins exchange for 250,000 blood coins. Alternatively, it is also obtainable as a rare drop from PvP crates. It is one of the pieces of the Vanguard armour set. The body requires 72 defence to equip.
Set effect
The Vanguard body, when equipped with the rest of the set, will activate the Vanguard armour's set effect. The set effect returns 5% of the damage you deal to you as special attack energy. It also increases the damage of your special attacks by 12.5%. Additionally, if at least two pieces of the armour are equipped, the prayer drain of Smite is increased to 40%.
