Sapphire bolts (e)
Sapphire bolts (e) can be created by tipping Mithril bolts with Sapphire bolt tips and then enchanting them with the Lvl-1 Enchant spell from your Normal spellbook. These bolts have a chance to drain the prayer points based on the damaged dealt.
