Steam rune is one of the 6 combination runes. Steam rune is a combination of Water rune and Fire rune, which means it counts as a Water rune and a Fire rune at the same time. Steam runes can be created with the Runecrafting skill by bringing Water runes and water talisman to an Fire altar or bringing Fire runes and Fire talisman to a water altar.
