Fish monger

The Fish monger can be found in Barbarian village. He sells food and potions to starting players in his Food and Potion store, and offers to change your home teleport if you have your email registered. You will be able to change your home teleport to Barbarian village, Rellekka, Varrock, Falador and Rimmington.
