Emerald bolts (e) can be created by tipping Mithril bolts with Emerald bolt tips and then enchanting them with the Lvl-3 Enchant spell from your Normal spellbook.

These bolts have a 33% chance on hit to poison your target with 8 damage for each turn.

They give +63 ranged strength and can only be used with crossbows.
