There are three different kinds of Godsword shards:
You can combine these three different shards on an anvil to turn it into a Godsword blade. Creating a Godsword blade will require a Smithing level of 90 and grants 1066 smithing experience.
The Godsword shards are dropped by the Godwars dungeon minions in boss rooms (not those outside the boss room).
