The Battle robe boots are considered to be one of the best boots for magic. They are part of the Battle robes and can be obtained as a very rare drop from K'ril Tsutsaroth and K'ril Tsutsaroth (Hm). The Battle robe boots' offensive bonuses can be improved by upgrading it via the Invention skill.
