The Lvl-6 Enchant is a spell from the Normal spellbook available at level 87 Magic that can enchant any item containing an onyx gem by using 1 Cosmic rune, 20 Fire runes and 20 Earth runes. These items are usually made by Crafting. The jewellery will generally get special effects afterwards.
