Godsword shards are individual pieces of the Godsword blade that are dropped by Minions in the Godwars dungeon boss chambers. The three parts are:

Godsword shard 1

Godsword shard 2

Godsword shard 3

All three shards can be combined together at an anvil to create the Godsword blade. This process requires a Smithing level of 90 and yields 1,066 smithing experience.
