The Healer is a NPC found in the big cities and villages of Emps. You can find Surgeon General Tafani in Falador park, Sabreen in Al-Kharid, A'abla in Edgeville, Jaraah at the Duel Arena and Jaraah in the Obsidian caves.
When players talk to a healer they will regain their full health and prayer points for free. A healer does not cure poison nor recover your running energy.
