A Draconic visage is an item dropped by most dragons. On average players get it once in every 1000 drops. The Draconic visage is used to make a Dragonfire shield, the best shield in the game. It requires 90 Smithing, a hammer, the Draconic visage and an Anti-dragon shield to smith. Use the visage on an anvil to smith it.
