The Healer is a NPC found in the big cities and villages of Emps. You can find Surgeon General Tafani in Falador park, Sabreen in Al-Kharid and Grand Exchange, A'abla in Edgeville, Jaraah at the Duel arena and Jaraah in the Obsidian caves.
