Armadyl hilt is a rare drop from Kree'Arra who is located in the God wars dungeon, you will need 70 Range and 10 armadyl killcount to enter the armadyl boss room. Putting a Armadyl hilt together with a Godsword blade will create a Armadyl godsword, putting these 2 parts together has no requirements.
