You have a Nightvieil cloth.

Nightvieil cloth is a rare drop from Nomad. It is used as a Crafting ingredient for the nightveil armour. The set requires 90 magic and 70 defence to be equipped. Each piece is degradable and holds 25 hours of combat time. If not repaired before the timer is over or if armor lose it's last minutes upon death of the player, the pieces will turn into dust. The nightveil armour cannot be repaired by Bob or any repair benchs. It can only be repaired by using a Nightvieil cloth on the equipment. A single cloth will repair the armor piece in its integritty no matter how much combat time is left.
