Broad-tipped bolts can be made with Fletching, to make Broad-tipped bolts you need to have level 55 Fletching. In order to create Broad-tipped bolts you need to use Unfinished broad bolts on Feathers. Unfinished broad bolts can be bought at Slayer shop for 76 coins each. You need to use these arrows to deal damage to the following monsters: Gulega, Tormented demon, Kurask or Turoth.
