The Dragon plateskirt requires a Defence level of 60 to wear. It can only be obtained as a drop from various Monsters. The dragon plateskirt provides the same stats as the Dragon platelegs, they just look different. The dragon plateskirt provides decent defensive stats and a good melee attack bonus.
