Mithril bar

Mithril bars can be smelted at a furnace, 1 mithril bar requires 1 mithril ore and 2 coal ores and will grant 120 smithing XP. Mithril bars can also be made by using the superheat item magic spell which requires a magic level of 43, this will also grant 120 smithing XP.

Mithril bars are used to smith mithril weapons and mithril armour. Each weapon and armour requires a different amount of mithril bars and smithing level. For each mithril bar used in the process of smithing, you will be granted 340 XP.
