Yew longbows require a Range level of 40 to wield. You can obtain Yew longbows with the Fletching skill, this requires Yew logs and Bowstrings. You can also buy them from Lowe in Varrock and Catherby for 1,501 coins.

Making a Yew longbow requires a Fletching level of 70, and will grant you 1387 Fletching experience in total. You can use up to Rune arrows with the Yew longbow.
