Sapphire bolts (e) can be created by tipping Mithril bolts with Sapphire bolt tips and then enchanting them with the Lvl-1 Enchant spell from your Normal spellbook.
These bolts have a 33% chance on hit to steal a part of your opponents prayer. This only works in PvP combat.
They give +62 ranged strength and can only be used with crossbows.
