You have a Sacred clay staff.

The Sacred clay staff is given to every new player once they enter Barbarian village after completing the tutorial. It can also be crafted from sacred clay by using 3 pieces of it on an anvil, requiring a Smithing level of 7 and granting 300 smithing experience. The staff supplies you with an infinite amount of air runes.

The Sacred clay staff is a degradable weapon and will gradually degrade into dust while used in combat, possessing a total of 1,500 charges. If the user dies and drops the staff, it will lose 25% of its current charges. Unlike other degradable weapons, it cannot be repaired at any state.

Sacred clay weapons scale to the level of the wielder, improving their combat bonuses accordingly. The staff's bonuses will improve when the player achieves levels 10, 20, 30 or 40 Magic.
