The Black plateskirt (g) can only be obtained from opening the Crystal chest in the Dark warriors' fortress with a Crystal key. It cannot be purchased or made by using the Smithing skill. The black plateskirt (g) provides the same stats as the Black platelegs (g), they just look different. There is no difference in stats between Black, Black (t) or Black (g) armour.
