Oak trees can be found throughout Emps-World with a bit less frequency than Normal trees. Players with 15 Woodcutting can cut these down with any hatchet to receive Oak logs and 150 Woodcutting experience per log. The best place to cut and bank Oak logs would be just north-west of the Catherby bank.
