[[File:lvl1ench.png]] The [[{{PAGENAME}}]] is a spell from the [[Normal spellbook]] available at level 7 [[Magic]] that can enchant any item containing a sapphire gem by using 1 [[Cosmic rune]] and 1 [[Water rune]]. These items are usually made by [[Crafting]]. The jewellery will generally get special bonuses for combat afterwards.
