Talk to the TzHaar just outside the cave entrance to receive the cape. It is the best cape for offensive bonuses second to the [[Max cape]] and can be worn at any level.

The [[fire cape]] is tradable and has no requirements to be worn so players can buy it from someone who completed the minigame.
