The Vyrewatch necklace (b) can be obtained by upgrading the vyrewatch necklace with 1,000 vampire blood. It provides bonuses rivaling those of the amulet of strength (t), magic (t), and ranging combined but also further boosts all damage you deal by 5%, while making you take an additional 5% extra damage in return and gives +2% lifesteal bonus when equipped. It is degradable and holds 15,000 charges before it reverts back to the vyrewatch necklace. Using vampire blood on the necklace will refill its lost charges.
