The Skeletal raven is a special event pet originally obtainable from the 2018 Halloween Event. It can now only be purchased from the Grim Reaper for 600 skulls as a part of the 2018 and 2019 Halloween Events.
Anyone can speak to the pet, which will respond with the following dialogue:
