Should have waited to implement Glacors before releasing the Steadfast, Ragefire and Glaiven boots. But, it's your server so you can do what you want lol.

uh what are glacors and why does emps need to have items dropped by the same npc as rs (i assume they drop the boots)

The wildy obelisks are now activated after you restart your client!

The dragon hasta is now also dropped by the King Black Dragon.
