i think there should be such thing as "yell" that u could shout on chat box and everyone in game could see it. how even i heard some complains about it like "people would spamm into the yell" & shit. well this is ok because people could yell like only 1-2 mins each and only members could do it so shout box wouldn't get spammed. i suggested this because there are many clans in game and it sucks talking only with your clan m8es it would be better to talk everyone in game on the same time. any ideas  :o ?

There is a reason that command is reserved for admins+. Much like the 'Thomy' Clan chat is now, people would yell their market offers and what not. Admin's yells would disappear in very short time, making official statements/yells set out by admins harder to read.

Say that there is 100 members online and each and everyone of them would be able to yell; people would most likely abuse it and spam.

It's a neat idea, but the community wouldn't cope with it. It's a no from me  :P

Talk in pm or just "/invite" your mates to your clan or w/e.
NO NO and another no from me. Maybe it would be better suggesting after GE update, but just maybe.

Pretty sure modes can't even yell (maybe it's changed now but never used to be able to) so really this would never happen.
