Yearly Member tickets
« on: October 13, 2017, 01:37:46 pm »
Dunno if its supposed to be here or somewhere else, however I just don't get the idea of only using 1 member ticket at a time ?
Like why can't we have something called ' Yearly Member tickets ' which is something you can get from the dude who is selling Ec items if you speak with him and already have 12 member tickets in your inv he will change em to a new ticket which provides 12 months of membership.

Yeah, we already have it. It's called a stack of 12 member tickets.

Not being able to stack member tickets creates a constant need(market) for them because people usually don't stack them in their banks.

No thanks

its a great idea for ironmen, they are the only ones who can purchase it from the donation store for a lower price than 12 member tickets. it should be untradeable tho. In this way, Ironmen might donate more.

That's too much commitment. Plus, as Il Skill L said, 1 year memb ticks will have unfavorable effects on the market.

Its not a new ticket to buy from the shop it self for EC,
it just turns your 12 tickets into 1 ticket or at least make it possible to be able to use 12 tickets at once

Instead of being forced to buy a ticket every month, its like getting 12 at once then use it all at once

people will still have the ability to use 1 if they feel like so

say that you decide that you want to go on a vacation 3, 4, or maybe even 5 months down the road. You also plan to stay there for a month or two... bam! You just missed out on 2 months of membership cause your dumbass just activated a ticket for a whole year thinking you would just no life this game. We shouldn't try to fix something that's been working for years.

Then don't activate 12 member tickets at once ?
Like your example makes no sense at all to me.

My suggesting is divided between 2 things, having the ability to get a yearly member ticket from the ec shop if you have 12 normal tickets
and having the ability to activate more than 1 ticket at a time, like I want 5 months of membership, i'll just use 5 tickets instead having to wait until the end of the month before i can use another one.

I agree on using more than 1 member ticket at one time, but I would say no for the yearly-member-ticket.

A small fix, a small feature, adding it doesn't harm anything.

Activating 1 member ring after every 30 days isn't that tiring, is it?
I would agree on like 10 & 20 day member rings, but i can't see point in what you call a "yearly" member ticket.

Shorter member tickets might be interesting, but I do think the number of members will decrease as a result. Kinda think that's a bad thing.
