I have a vague idea of what you mean here. I guess we'll have to wait until more players gain the courage and wealth to PK. Most people are still rebuilding their banks and earning money by skilling or killing bosses.

Regardless of level 1 wilderness having value of either 1 or 10.
No 10 levels lower opponent wants to be in a wilderness like that.

Maybe for mains it's not that bad but for example level 69 pure gets rushed by maxed gmauler at level 1 (combat 79). '

I've just understood the purpose of this topic and I've come to disagree also. There is no way that will happen. It is unfair and definitely not fun.

I disagree.

It would be unfair to some players to fight versus 10+ levels and there will even be less PKers.

This will not come.
