Why's is Grand Exchange only has 1 healer in W1 and not W2? TF? That's so weird lmao.
I think that's just freaking WEIRD! Both world should have a healer in the opposite corner of the banker.

Hmm, somebody might have spawned the healer at the grand exchange on world 1. I have never saw it standing at that location before, however it could simply be a bug...

EDIT: Yup it was spawned, I just killed it :kappa:

One of the high administrators used the ::npc command to spawn it (it wasn't actually added to the grand exchange). The ::npc command does not place the npc on both worlds, only the current world.

Due to the recent server restart it looks like the grand exchange got permanent healers (on both worlds). You can see where they are located on the image below:
