It's special attack is still a load of crap. I (Still) suggest a buff. It's maxhit (still) doesn't live up to it's pathetic accuracy.

And it also is only hitting twice instead of three times. I feel that's important.

So I disagree...

The normal attack is already really good, and the special attack isn't all that bad. If anything needs buffing it's vls, but that's another topic.
A small buff is fine, but nothing major should happen to it.

It's fine in my opinion, I don't really think it needs any improvements.

People only use it for its normal attack because the special hits 30 under its max 90% of the time. I am suggesting buffing only the special attack accuracy a small amount so that we can (maybe)  actually hit the max,  or see something close to it.

I've been using maxed strength gear (Minus statius helm, I'm using a nezzy)  With super strength Potions and  a maxhit of 85, and I used the special attack well over 50 times on another player wearing full void armor with no Potions,  and have only hit over 70 twice.

And yes vls could use a minor buff as well. But people actually use vls for its special... Nobody uses the spear for its special and this is why. It's like korasi. Ask anyone if it's good and they'll tell you it sucks.
